Best burgers ever!
In the quest of feeding Organic halal to my family, I bought these burger patties and Alhumdulillah, these were the best burgers we have ever eaten here. I will continue to buy this.

Description
Halal Pastures' signature burger has gotten great reviews! It is a mix of special cuts that melt in your mouth. There are 4 patties in one bag and they each patty weighs about 0.31lbs each. The 3.5LBS option has 3 individual bags.
Our cows live on hundreds of acres in upstate New York and are rotationally grazed on certified organic pasture. Rotationally grazing means that the animals are moved from one paddock of pasture to another so that they are constantly getting fresh grass to eat. There are no chemical or synthetic fertilizers used on the pasture. The cows have not been given any hormone implants or any type of hormones and have never been given any antibiotics.
All weights are rough estimates +/- 0.25LBS. When we process our animals it is very hard to get an exact weight on each cut.

These are the BEST burgers I have ever tasted in my life. Just added salt and pepper and grilled on my stove top grill pan. Whatever combo of meat they use to make these patties is really delicious.

Wonderful
I placed my first order from halal pastures a few weeks ago and I just grilled the burgers and barbequed the chicken drumsticks today. Burgers were amazing. Chicken was tender and juicy. I'm so glad I found halal and organic meat. I have been looking for this for ages. I wish this company all the best. Also, I was happy to receive the emailing informing me that halal/organic chicken is available in grocery stores in NYC.

Versatile
I ordered these to have burgers but I actually used them to make tacos for my family when I ran out of ground beef. Great quality beef. Everyone enjoyed them. Good fat ratio. Made an excellent dish.

Delicious & healthy beef patties
I've not eaten beef for the last 12 years as I never knew if the quality of the beef was good. Thanks to Halal Pastures, I can now eat not only halal but grass fed beef. It gives me great relief and happiness to know they are providing this quality meat and shipping it as well.
