    Ground beef mainly comes from the chuck of the animal.  85% lean.  An excellent choice for keeema, kofta, or any dish that needs flavorful protein. The 3LBS option has 3- 1LBS packages. 

    Our cows live on 1,000 acres in upstate New York and are rotationally grazed on certified organic pasture. Rotationally grazing means that the animals are moved from one paddock of pasture to another so that they are constantly getting fresh grass to eat. There are no chemical or synthetic fertilizers used on the pasture. The cows have not been given any hormone implants or any type of hormones and have never been given any antibiotics. 

    All weights are rough estimates +/- 0.10LBS. When we process our animals it is very hard to get an exact weight on each cut.

      One of the best quality meat in the US, much better than all halal meat in Birmingham, Alabama. It is fresh, and comes well packed with dry ice and styrofoam box that keeps the meat well frozen and in great shape. Thanks!

      My order came in three days after they shipped it. Package was soo good: dry ice, disposable freezer, everything was frozen. Meet came in 1 lb bags. Impressive. Very good quality. The taste is definitely better than our local butcher shops in Boston. Highly recommend

      All the meat and poultry I have tried so far has been FANTASTIC! It has all been tender, juicy, and delicious! Just enough fat to make it flavorful and moist, without the excess fat found in regular grocery store meats. Plus, the confidence of knowing it was processed in a halal facility and no pork touched it, or the hands of the ones packing it, Alhamduillah. I am very pleased with the meats and will be ordering more, Insha Allah. Thank you for being there!
