    Ground beef mainly comes from the chuck of the animal.  85% lean.  An excellent choice for keeema, kofta, or any dish that needs flavorful protein. The 3LBS option has 3- 1LBS packages. 

    Our cows live on 1,000 acres in upstate New York and are rotationally grazed on certified organic pasture. Rotationally grazing means that the animals are moved from one paddock of pasture to another so that they are constantly getting fresh grass to eat. There are no chemical or synthetic fertilizers used on the pasture. The cows have not been given any hormone implants or any type of hormones and have never been given any antibiotics. 

    All weights are rough estimates +/- 0.10LBS. When we process our animals it is very hard to get an exact weight on each cut.

      Another great product from Halal pastures! I will order this again specially for Ramadan where we consume tons of ground beef products like samosas and rolls

      I have been searching for Organic and Halal meat for the longest time. I am very pleased with all the products, chose 3 day shipping and was delivered frozen, will order again!

      Meat is so fresh I think I heard the cow still mooing, need I say more. Best ground beef I've ever had.
