The meat was fresh and the cuts were great for the size of my Instant Pot. I got the three pieces leg which is very good .

The leg of lamb. 5 pounds come with 1 to 3 pieces.
All our lamb is 100% pasture raised. Our animals are ethically raised on organic pastures without the use of genetically engineered grains, antibiotics, hormones or any other growth promoting drugs. Our lambs live on hundreds of acres in upstate New York and are rotationally grazed on certified organic pasture. Rotationally grazing means that the animals are moved from one paddock of pasture to another so that they are constantly getting fresh grass to eat.
All weights are rough estimates +/- 0.50 LBS.

Amazing flavor
This is the best tasting lamb I have ever had! There is absolutely no gamy flavor or taste. I don't mind some gamy flavor but this lamb has an absolutely clean flavor. You can really tell the difference of grass fed animal from that of grain fed only.

Good quality Lamb
Leg Lamb meat was very good quality. There was no smell. Came as whole leg chunk of leg had to get it cut into pieces by a butcher. But overall when cooked it was delicious!
