Organic Turkey Breast

I’m a HUGE fan of HP’s halal turkey breasts. I have been regularly ordering these in bulk and storing them in my garage freezer. I make turkey deli sandwich meat with them by cooking them in my sous vide. My sous vide recipe: throw one or two breasts into a vacuum sealed bag, toss in salt, pepper, garlic, lemon juice and butter. Use kitchen twine if doing more than one breast to get a cohesive slab. Then finish it off with a sear on all sides. Slice thin slices and It’s the perfect lunch meat.

I tried turkey once didn't like It. I tried this and cooked in the beef bones broth bought from halal pasture. It was yummy.

It's rare to find organic zabihah turkey that's fresh around where I live. The meat arrived in perfect condition and packaging, cooled over dry ice. The price is a bit steep but certainly worth it.
