    A higher end cut of meat, our Ribeye steak is marbled and packed full of flavor. It is one of the richest, beefiest cuts available. 

    Our cows live on 1,000 acres in upstate New York and are rotationally grazed on certified organic pasture. Rotationally grazing means that the animals are moved from one paddock of pasture to another so that they are constantly getting fresh grass to eat. There are no chemical or synthetic fertilizers used on the pasture. The cows have not been given any hormone implants or any type of hormones and have never been given any antibiotics. 

    All weights are rough estimates +/- 0.25LBS. When we process our animals it is very hard to get an exact weight on each cut.

      Finally, I found a place that sells halal food that’s also organic! But it’s expensive. I’ll try to find somewhere cheaper But for now I’ll continue to buy. They sell good quality fresh meats.

      Fresh and just enough fat to make it taste like heaven, i highly suggest this cut for anyone who is looking for a rich deep flavor of beef.

      I love how fresh the meats are. However, for a ribeye, I find there is not enough fat and marbling in the meat. After I grilled it, it was a little dry. However, it is very fresh.
