  • Description

    The sirloin steak is a steak cut from the rear back portion of the animal, continuing off the short loin from which T-bone, porterhouse, and club steaks are cut. By far this is one of our favorite cut of beef very tender and juicy.  Our 5LBS option comes with 2-4 individually wrapped steaks. 

    Our cows live on hundreds of acres in upstate New York and are rotationally grazed on certified organic pasture. Rotationally grazing means that the animals are moved from one paddock of pasture to another so that they are constantly getting fresh grass to eat. There are no chemical or synthetic fertilizers used on the pasture. The cows have not been given any hormone implants or any type of hormones and have never been given any antibiotics. 

    All weights are rough estimates +/- 0.25LBS. When we process our animals, it is very hard to get an exact weight on each cut.

      Salam aleycoum, im from France and i follow my husband here. In France Its very easy to find Halal meat. For me, to found the halal meat was very difficult. Now with Halal Pastures im really happy. The sirloin was amazing. The taste was delicious. Thank you a lot for this wonderful meat. I will order again for sure inch'Allah

      Well I will say this with all their meats, FRESH! FRESH! FRESH! I mean I think I heard a moo when I opened the package. You can smell and taste the difference.
